Before carrying out the Test, the software needs that the following plant data are loaded, precisely:

• General data (transport capacity, speed, rope, counterweight etc....)
• Land profile data (progressive distance and absolute altitude)
• Line profile data : absolute values (height and progressive distance) or relative values (length of the spans and height differences)
• Manual setting of load distribution values relating to each single span ( optional)
• Manual setting of rope friction values on tower roller assemblies (optional)

Software outputs are the following:

• Printouts of tensions, span deflections and mouth angles
• Tension diagrams
• Printouts of rope pressure and deflection on roller assemblies
• Printout of max. and min. values relating to the values in the above cited Tables
• Printout of the required driving power according to the different load hypotheses
• Final test report
