The "Ropes File" pushbutton makes it possible the automatic rope data input just by selecting the rope in the catalogue, which is inclusive of all the types of ropes used for the building of rope way systems. When enabled, the push button makes it possible for the User to have the rope cataogue displayed, along with the required instructions for rope selection:

The pushbuttons make it possible to go direct to the rope data table in the catalogue; the rope section drawing is displayed, then the rope configuration and the data table on one side.  

Rope selection confirmation is through the following actions:

for selection confirmation, click on the required diameter or break load with the "Confirm data rope" push button

The confirmation pushbutton makes it possible for the User to close the catalogue mask, return to the previous data input mask and fill in the fields with the values relevant to the selected rope.

The subsequent part of the mask refers to the definition of the characteristics of the carriage and power unit being used.
