The software is composed by two archives and four modules, coded in Excel format (released in read-only mode)

• "Ropes’ catalogue" archive
• "On-line help"  archive
• Excel module for single rope fixed grip plants
• Excel module for Ski lifts
• Excel module for reversible ropeways
• Excel module for cableways

Each module contains the code, the input windows for plant’s data and the windows for the results.

To execute the calculuses and to check the results, just open the appropriate module (desktop shortcut), input plant’s data and run the elaboration code. It’s available (on line) the catalogue of the commonly used ropes and the on line help.

When the elaboration process is finished it’s possibile to save the module in the plants’ archive. The file contains all the data and the results and can be modified anytime.
